14. Rachel Bagg - Reeds Spring - SR: The rising senior from Reeds Spring was able to snag that 25th medal in Class 3 after taking 83rd in 2015. Bagg was also able to sneak in for 8th in the 3200 in Class 3 on the track, but we think that her days of just barely making it on to the podium are behind her. She returns with the 13th fastest time among returners and boasts 5:33 and 11:47 1600 and 3200 bests. She'll be making a run at top 10 this year instead of just the top 25.
