Westminster, much like many of the top returning teams in the state, are returning their top 7 and should be on Eastern Missouri Class 3 teams' radar heading into this season. Isabella Francois, a rising sophomore, is their top returner and posted her 20:17 PR at Jefferson Barracks. Her teammates Rachel Strothkamp and Ava Hollman both went under 20:40 at Oak Hills and round out a stellar top 3 all within 20 seconds. Unfortunately, their 4 and 5 are 1:30 behind. They could definitely take the leap in 2017, but they'll need help from the back end of their varsity squad. Westminster doesn't have a strong history of success, but will look to make it's fourth trip to state and second straight.
