District will be making the trip out to Lake Jacomo to settle their championships. Blue Springs Standout Tessa Valdivia (18:28) is the favorite to claim the District Crown with nearly a minute advantage over her teammate Alyna Thibault (19:19) and Jayme Opdahl of Blue Springs South (19:20).
Blue Springs South will square off with cross town rivals Blue Springs for the team title, with South holding the advantage in the virtual meet 35-46. Grain Valley (86) and Lee's Summit North (89) are also sitting in a good spot in terms of a Sectional birth with no other team within 50 points.
