Francis Park is the venue for the District 2 Championships this Saturday. Christian Baker is the heavy favorite in this one as the only runner to have broken 16:00 with a 15:44 season best. The field is a strong one though as it also features Harrison Brown (16:02), Martin Strong (16:13) and Patrick Hetlage (16:18).
Kirkwood holds the advantage in the team race 52-69 over 6 time defending champion Lafayette (Wildwood). St. Louis University High is just behind in third with 71 points, and Marquette is picked to take the last Sectional position with 94 points.
