Eyeing the Camera
Montgomery County senior Lyric Ford (left) looks in the direction the camera, racing next to St. Michael the Archangel junior Elsa Henry 3,140-meters into the Class 3 Girls race. Henry would let it go over the final 2-kilometers to place 3rd while Ford placed 4th in the chilly and wet conditions on day 2 of the state championships.

GO Time!
Centralia senior Jozelynn Bostick checks her watch as she approaches the 2-mile mark, trailing Lamar's Kiersten Potter. Potter placed 9th and Bostick 11th, helping the Panthers from Centralia to a 2nd-place team finish in Class 3.
