A look at who had the top returning 100-meter dash time of athletes that were juniors, sophomores or freshmen last season. Here is a look at the top 100 times. 

Only Class 1 will have a for sure new champion due to graduation. The Class 2 to 5 champions are back, which will provide a good level of competition in vying for the top spot on the podium.

Aniyah Brown, the Class 5 champion, had the fastest single time last year of those returning runners at 12.11 seconds, just a millisecond faster than Alia VandenBrink. That meant St. Louis had the two fastest. Kansas City-area runners Olivia Rogers and Mikah Scott were the next fastest.
