Julia Ray, MICDS, Tennessee

She won a pair of state championships (2019, 2022) and added two more medals in between in cross country. Has four all-state medals in track and field as well.


Adam Snoke, Lutheran South St. Louis, Tennessee

Was third in the 1,600-meter and fourth in the 3,200-meter during track and field season and all-state in 2021 in both event as well. He placed fourth at state cross country in 2021.


Kennedy Whitaker, Parkway West, Louisville

She qualified for the state cross country finals three times and was an all-stater in 2021. Went to state in the 1,600- and 3,200-meter runs in 2022.
