Rankings: Fastest Boys 5K Times in Missouri XC in 2023

We head into the district meets this week and look at the top 100 runners in the state, regardless of class.

Kai Somasegaran, Andrew Davis and Henry Acorn of Rockhurst and Joplin's Chance Tindall all posted times in the top 30 last week in a conference meet and a rare late-season dual.

This weekend is district meets throughout the state -- where the stakes are raised with runners trying to qualify for the state meet the following weekend in Columbia. Will we see more runners drop time in the next-to-last race of the season?
