Rankings: Fastest Girls 5K Times in Missouri XC in 2023

We headed into the next-to-last weekend of cross country this season. Many teams competed in conference meets last week 

Gracie Troester of Republic, Emery Mayfield of Fulton, Alexandra Volkart of Southern Boone County, Kensington Curd of Brentwood, and Savannah Amann of St. Joseph's Academy all ran times that got them in the top 25 last week.
