There were only a few new times added to top 50 of this week's rankings from races held the first week of October.

In the top 60, three of those times came at the Border War HS XC Championships, led by new No. 18th-ranked runner Reese McDevitt. The Francis Howell Central product moved up from previously being ranked 46th.

Raymore-Peculiar's Maya York cracked the top 10 with an 18:31.20 at the Haskell Invitational, moving up 10 spots in the rankings.
