The St. Louis area lays claim to some of the best hurdlers in the Show-Me State.
That was seen through rankings throughout the 2023 seasons and at the state meet.
At the end of the year rankings, not much changed.
In the 100-meter hurdles, 9 of the top 10 times came from St. Louis-area athletes.
Skyye Lee from Parkway Central, Maya Anderson from MICDS and Kendall Spain from Cardinal Ritter are in the top-3 on both the 100- and 300-meter list.
