Predicting 2024 MO TF Class and District Alignments

Class 4

Class 4 will look even more different than Class 5 which some major movements in and out.

Our projection is that there will be 75 boys and 74 girls teams. In past years, Class 4 has had the fewest teams out of any, typically because of the movement of the private schools and the 2.0 differential rule. Osage appears to be the cutoff of the class at 512 with Hazelwood East at the top at 981.

Teams moving up based on enrollment are Osage, Normandy Collaborative, and Potosi. Teams moving down into Class 4 based on enrollment include Ft. Zumwalt South, Camdenton, Capital City, Raytown South, and Holt. Teams that are moving in or staying in based on the Championship Factor include Father Tolton Regional Catholic, Summit Christian Academy, Lutheran (St. Charles), Cardinal Ritter (boys), MICDS (boys), and John Burroughs (girls).

District 1

Virtual Meet: Boys | Girls

District 1 sticks to the script, primarily made up of teams in counties southeast of St. Louis County. Rockwood Summit is the only exception as the northernmost school, moving from District 5 last year back into a more regionally appropriate placement. Sikeston resides to the furthest south of the schools.

Featured athletes include Noah Harman, Evan Fuller, Carson Driemeier, Tate Uding, Nick Marchetti, Brett Drye, Brandon Shrum, Alexander Patrick, Omar Hussein, Payton Brown, Preston Brown, Cody Evans, Grant Gibson, Neoles Bourn, Christelle Barafundi, Barrett Jackson, Reese Martin, Caterina Rossomanno, Emily Wright, Jessica Hawkins, Krysta Miller, Brionna Williams, Taylor Moore, Alexandra Yates, Nora Henry, Rylie Moore, and Ciara McDonald

District 2

Virtual Meet: Boys | Girls

Placement in District 2 or District 3 started to get hairy with so many schools within close proximity of each other. When the dust settled, there are some schools that are close to each other who ended up in either placement, but should still be placed appropriately. The district included schools in St. Louis City and County, with Confluence Prep Charter to the east, Clayton to the west, Jennings to the north, Vianney and Cor Jesu to the southwest, and Affton to the south.

Featured athletes include Aiyon Carter, Emmanuel Ellis, Khalil Aaron, Antwon McKay, Lucas Hurley, Cameron Clayborn, Dayshawn Waters, Alia Vandenbrink, Mekhila Sanders, Anna Daughtry, Mary McKenzie, Maria Luna, Emma Musiek, Riley Reeves, and Madison Fowler

District 3

Virtual Meet: Boys | Girls

District 3 encompasses North and West St. Louis County with Hazelwood East and the McCluers to the north, Parkway Central to the west, and the three Ladue schools to the east. One swap that could occur is between Normandy and Jennings, as Jennings lies closer to the McCluers and Normandy would fit in with the District 2 schools a little more appropriately according to geography.

Featured athletes in this strong district include Shaun Roberts, Henry Rohan, Melvin Sledge, Tommie Vaughn III, Tristan Williams, Gavin Via, Alexander Moresi, Brendan Alfonso, William Poelker, Liam Russo, Colin Griffin, Dwayne Foley, Devon Chatman, Brandon Johnson, Leo Flynn, Mark Goldman, Darrell Macon, Lucas Allgeyer, Michael Phillips, Elmo Gilliam, Skyye Lee, Kristen Hendricks, Aaliyah Elliott, Jordyn Buckley, Delaney Brinker, Journee Williams, Karina Griffin, Savannah Amann, Kalina Zheleva, Sophia Wong, Coryn Fair, Jiyah Owens, and Priya Cheatham.

District 4

Virtual Meet: Boys | Girls

District 4 could look a variety of ways with several St. Charles County and Central Missouri teams among 3, 4, and 5. It spans along Interstate 70 from Lutheran St. Charles and Ft. Zumwalt East in the east to Warrenton in the west, with Hannibal and Kirksville coming down from way in the north.

Featured athletes include Jackson Carter, Aneyas Williams, Dorian Turner, Tyler Anderson, Jadon Salamone, Alex Lacke, Isaac Lind, Nate Maples, Luke Nottmeyer, Xander Dewitt, Keylan LaGrant, Luke Bass, Caiah Stull, Tre Hoskins, Ashlin Sharkey, Alyssa Anderson, Elle North, Gabrielle Robinson, Morgan Marschel, Jocelyn Dorsey, Kennedy Williams, Taegen Novel, Jaylianna LaJoy, Mya Harris, Bethany Toulou, Madison Troesser, Ashley Rusthoven, Kameil Crane, and Katelyn Diani-O'Day.

District 5

Virtual Meet: Boys | Girls

District 5 gets a major facelift in our projection. Capital City and Father Tolton are moving into Class 4, Mexico and Fulton are moving from District 4, and Jefferson City moves back in from District 7. It's a primarily Central Missouri district spanning from Mexico in the north to Sullivan in the south and Osage in the east.

Featured athletes include Lucas Boyer, Noah Northrip, Keion Grieve, Tyler Grimes, Sach Wolf, Isaiah Franklin, Wyatt Kraus, Drake Williams, Ethan Milius, Landon Childs, Nathaniel Knaff, Victor Azuara, Tyrica Sterrett, Cheria Galbreath, Elyse Wilmes, Makaylin Viet, Jillian Andrews, Angelina Cottone, Deja Mays, Alexis Lay, Jaidyn Tabony, Breanna Mayberry, Macey Kessler, and Stevenette Samuels.

District 6

Virtual Meet: Boys | Girls

District 6 contains several Ozark Conference teams, primarily lying in the southwestern corner of the state. West Plains is the main outlier, but they typically find themselves in either District 5 or 6.

Featured athletes including William Stauffer, Lincoln Miller, Gage Sisco, Zach Mitchell, Carson King, Kyler Gunter, Joyle Seu, Ty Wiethop, Brayden Hicks, Kyle Eidson, Jaxon Hunter, Dawson Howell, Sydney Ward, Cassie Fishel, Vayla Smith, Emily Ritter, Addison Sanders, Audrey Oliver, Grace Kimrey, Leiah O'Neal, Tilly Greenfield, Acadia Badgley, Adyson Clark, Lauren Luebbert, and Madilyn Olds.

District 7

Virtual Meet: Boys | Girls

District 7 spans a wide boundary between Raytown South in the north and Bolivar to the south. Nevada and Bolivar could very well swap in District 6 and 7. Marshall should form up the eastern most boundary this year.

Featured athletes include Griouard Weddington, Tyler Wise, Nate Reynolds, Nils Kockmeyer, Marcus Jones, James Watkins, Danny Richardson, Ty Carman, Payson Reisner, Marcus Verbrugge, Omarion Henderson, Mylen Simmons, Xavier Byers, Stephen Caviness, Maddux NeSmith, Derek Joiner, Anthony Tabron, Brayden Klotz, Ryan Munsterman, Jordin McGee, McKinzy Kirkwood, Jenee Williams, Brooke Beck, Kayleigh Norris, Julia Jump, Laura Irwin, Shelley Thompson, Rowen Hays, Laney McDaniel, and Jayla McClinton

District 8

Virtual Meet: Boys | Girls

Class 4 District 8 is no different than any of the other classes - it sits primarily in the northwestern corner of the state, with a southern border formed up by Lincoln College Prep, East Kansas City, and Van Horn.

Featured athletes include Jet Coleman, Grant Noland, Aaron Rimson, Kruz Bigham, Quentin Zimmer, Liam Adair, Isaac Rivera, Max McKenzie, Aden Sallee, JaVonte Simms, Trace Dunlap, Theodore Grace, Cameron Emmons, Kolt Willis, Tyrus Smith, Aniya Byrd, Vivian Barton, Honor'Naceair Wilkerson-Mannings, Jordin Vaughn, Naomi Hunter, Kennedy Outler, Ellison Noll, and Rhyan Schrick.
